Cohagen is a fractional business executive and photographer based in the middle of everything — Lincoln, Nebraska.

His practice focuses primarily on executive team leadership and business development, creating teams, products, and partnerships that serve a greater good.

Clay Upton

Co-Founder

Clay is the founder, CEO at Traction® Tools, an international Software as a Service company empowering others to meet and collaborate productively.

Clay studied Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, and Business Management. He's been an environmental advocate since he first heard about the impact of greenhouse gases as a child. 

Casey Seline

Co-Founder

Casey graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a dual degree in English and Film Studies. She has worked as an assistant literary scout in New York, a professional dog walker, and is currently a freelance editor in addition to the Data & Registration Coordinator for local nonprofit Launch Leadership.
